CHICAGO (AP) — Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan says two McHenry County men arrested on child pornography charges include the state's top trader of the lewd images.

Madigan on Friday announced the arrests this week of 63-year-old Robert A. Huggins of Algonquin and 58-year-old David M. Wolters of Woodstock.

Wolters is charged with five counts of possession of child pornography and is being held in the McHenry County Jail on $50,000 bond.

Huggins is charged with five counts of reproducing child pornography and five counts of pornography, and Madigan says he was identified as the state's highest volume trader of child pornography. He was released from jail on Friday after posting 10 percent of his $150,000 bail.

Madigan says there have been 54 arrests as part of a crackdown on online pornography.
